This was a fantastic summer, I was so busy I didn't get a chance to post much. So, I will be catching up on my post....this is a photo of me and my family when we visited the memorial in Amsterdam. It was a touching, bonding, sad, moment that has helped us all put some of our grief to rest and helped with looking forward to our bright future.

Alligator Bites !
So yes there is a place in Texas (Pappadeaux Seafood) where you can order an appetizer that is fried Alligator, so I will not pass up an opportunity to try something new ... ok most things will have to have a low yech factor, but I tried this and it was wonderful. Jesus makes many statements in the Gospel of John, but this is the only commandment that he identifies as such, calling it "new." Perhaps if he emphasized it so specifically, we should cling to it with every ounce of our effort.
